Barnices Valentine, S.A. , was founded in 1946 and following rapid expansion during the seventies has become  one of the three major paint manufacturing companies in Spain. Recent acquisitions and solid growth followed the involvement of CIN as a major stockholder.

The company has its Head Office near Barcelona where is also located its  35,000 m2 main manufacturing site. There has been a recent joint venture in the  Canary Isles (Disa Pinutras).  

Fields of activity include:

Architectural and Decorative Paint. A comprehensive range with a major involvement with tinting machines, plus multicolour effects, architectural finishes and industrial wood finishes. BV is the leader in the automatic tinting machines sector and one of the best known trademarks in Spain.

Protective Coatings.  The recently formed CIN CROSS and Faura organisation manufactures and distributes a full range of products. Technology used is either its own, or licensed from Ameron.
