VOTTELER - Established in 1907 by Theodor Votteler, the Company's name is known internationally for its high-quality coatings and stains. Today, the family-owned company is being run by the third generation. Since 1932, its headquarters have been based in Korntal-Muenchingen, on the outskirts of Stuttgart, where it employs some 300 people.

VOTTELER is an innovative, technology-orientated company which has for decades specialized in the development, manufacture and worldwide sales of products and technologies for coating wood, wood derivatives and plastics. As a result of its wide-ranging pioneering work and the consequent technical developments VOTTELER has made an influential contribution in its markets.

Its development laboratory with departments specializing in polyester, nitrocellulose, polyurethane and water based coatings, UV curing systems and stains (including oils and waxes), plastic, polyurethane systems for RIM (Reaction Injection Moulding) and PVS Systems (physical vapour deposition systems).

Its application department, which features machines simulating all the processes on which VOTTELER customers base their related operations.
